The Oak W12 has a gorgeous private dining room which can allow a minimum of 10 guests up to a maximum of 20 guests to experience what the restaurant has to offer on a slightly more intimate scale.

How Our Private Dining Works

If you’d like to book the Private Dining Room, we offer you a choice of between Two and Three courses as well as our Sharing Cicchetti and Pizza Menu – starters and rounds of pizzas to share.

We host corporate or private events for up to 80 people.

Parties and events

We also provide the opportunity to use the back-bar space at The Oak W12 for your own function or event; not on our busiest nights, but Sunday to Thursday evenings we can host standing drinks parties or events; corporate & private alike.
Sunday & Monday: £100 room hire charge, to be paid in advance + £500 minimum spend, excluding 12.5% service charge.
Tuesday – Thursday: £100 room hire charge, to be paid in advance + £750 minimum spend, excluding 12.5% service charge.
